The production line combines sugar cookers, a servo depositing system and cooling tunnel to make the gummies before they are moved to the packaging system that meets your packaging requirements. These systems include bottling or a vertical form fill seal system to packaging into bags.

The Gummy Production and Packaging Machines make uses of several machines in combination to make and package various shaped gummies. The production line consists of an induction cooker, vacuum mixing and storage system and a gelatin mixing tank to melt down the sugar and gelatin before combining them. Once the mixture is prepared the Servo Depositing system and Cooling Tunnel are used to pour the mixture into moulds and cool the gummies. Once cooled the gummies can be coated in sugar or oil using a Surface Sugar & Oil Coating Machine.

Once set the gummies can be packaged in various ways that suit your production requirements. If packaging into bottles the system will include a multi-head weigher, a bottle positioning device, a capping machine, and a labelling machine if needed. The bottles are moved underneath the Multihead weigher which will drop the correct number of gummies into the bottle before the bottles are moved to be capped and labelled.

If packaging into bags a Vertical Form-Fill-Seal system is used. This will combine a Multihead weigher with a vertical machine that forms the bag as the machine weighs and fills.
